without / with...
a poem [stripped]
Ben Horton Photography
Lover don’t leave me
Without words drenched
In gold without caress
Without the silken sounds
That hold without the wet
Of your tongue’s memory
Pressed oh so hungrily eager
Against my declivity
Marked by constellation
The name of your choosing
Home of your visceral whisper
Door to my surrendering
Sine qua non
Lover don’t forget
My waterfall syllables
My body wrapped, undulating
Form against your magnetic force
Moaning with feverish abandon
With loss of self with blended
Desire with recklessness
With prayer with worshipping
Meditative trance where
Flesh is just a finite detail
As we lay bare in embrace knowing
Another kind of carnal waste
Anima mea
Lover with you [stripped]
I am whole and infinite soul
I am without quest without
Fault without doubt with
Flame that sears my name
Laying naked with yours with
Heat rising chants raining
Nectar and ambrosia sipping
Say your name like it’s creed
Skin slick with remembrance
Profound work of art bodies
Forever in gravitational pull
In perpetuum

This might be the most amazing thing I have ever heard someone say in my entire life.
